It might be better for them (less spills during transport) but it's worse for the customer because the noodles become compact and don't completely loosen when you pour the fluid.
Also, in my experience the temperature of the food ends being significantly colder than with other deliveries which don't separate the broth. This is even more noticeable in winter.
The gyoza is unfortunately the stir fried type, not the soft vapor cooked one.
The Chicken Karaage comes with a tasty sauce but is often too cooked for my taste (dark brown), and I find the amount to be little.
In one occasion the food tasted foul/sour and I had nausea afterwards. Since then and in consideration of the overall not particularly positive experience I've not ordered here anymore.
The customer care is also not up to my standards. They made lot of problems for the refund when the food poisoned me, and they even manipulated Google into removing my review as "defamation", which is a blatant and shameless lie.
Very uncool.
