I actually enjoy eating at Immergrün in the RRZ regularly, but today the service was unfortunately really bad. I had to wait over 10 minutes as the 3 employees behind the counter were busy making 3 juices from the order in front of me. Meanwhile, they obviously couldn't take any more orders. When I was finally allowed to order my bowl with mashed potatoes shortly after 6, I was informed that there were no more bowls - interesting 2 hours before the end of the day. I then quickly got something from a competitor because my daughter was already sitting down for her cold meal due to the long wait beforehand. So far - so unpleasant. I then went back to the Immergrün counter afterwards to give a short personal feedback. None of the three employees responded in any way to my brief description of the situation. They stared at me completely blankly and didn't say anything. Overall, strange service behavior. A pity! Service: 1
