Very beautiful area. No airco in the rooms so it was freaking hot to sleep Service: 5

Good simple clean rooms but not really offering a lot to feel overly comfortable. No fridge in the room. No air-conditioning, open plan bathroom with sliding doors between toilet and shower making it not very practical. When you bring large luggage the space in the room becomes constrained and the wardrobe will not take it. Service was solid. The spa, gym and sauna are very recommendable as well as the outside area. Although some more deck chairs would be great. Inside and outside pool are very nice and the water helped over the amazing summer heat. Rather for enjoyment and a short swim but not extensive swimming. Location and setting is really amazing. The quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Service: 4

Wonderful stay at aja Ruhpolding! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and Atos in the bar was especially warm and helpful which made evenings really enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice to start the day. The wellness area was lovely to relax in and I appreciated the hotel efforts toward sustainability. One small suggestion for summer stays would be to add air circulation in the rooms. It got quite warm and keeping the balcony door open did not bring much breeze. Maybe small fans in the rooms during the warmer months would help a lot. Overall a great experience and I would happily come back. Service: 5
