Hello there... The Restaurant zum Stern is a nice restaurant with a nice ambience (outside).. The service was also quite friendly and attentive... During the meal the atmosphere was not so pleasant... Beforehand I had very tasty bruschetta... Afterwards I wanted to have bolognese with my bolognese and then the waitress said there would be an extra charge... At the table we all couldn't believe it and then asked again whether we understood it correctly... Unfortunately, there was an answer that was very inconsistent with the tone of the guests (our feeling). This can happen to my bolognese (the pan may not have been washed properly) It just tasted like fish instead of bolognese. I gave it back and I wasn't charged... By the way, packing also costs 50 cents extra... Otherwise nice and friendly according to the beer garden... After a long or not so nice complaining, we paid... and there was something on the house... (Thank you) UNFORTUNATELY I won't be coming back here any time soon.

Parmesan doesn't cost us extra, but having the food eaten there packed afterwards does (now) packaging also costs us money and we don't get any profit from it. If you order something to be delivered, the packaging costs nothing, but if you order something to be delivered in a restaurant, the packaging costs a little extra. We never use used pans again without cleaning them, perhaps we didn't suit your taste this time. They weren't charged for the meal anyway and there was also a little something on the house.
