Okay I just finished a meal at Versal I want to say that this isn't the first meal I've had here. We live nearby and so we frequent this restaurant although every time we do I shake my head and ask myself why. Some days honestly they don't disappoint, you get food that's almost worth the price. I will say that in the early days 2-3 years ago when I was coming here Versal was an amazing experience. Good music, good times, excellent service. The food was worth the money. That is not the case any longer. This place is empty for a good reason. I'm told it's under New Management. My experience here tells me that they're not under any kind of management. The food is substandard. You'd expect better from McDonald's. The place is completely empty we're the only people in here. The only thing they got right was the beer. If you're coming to Almaty do yourself a favor do not waste your time and money at this restaurant.
