It was the worst food ever! No flavour, no taste, calamari was Like a chewing gum. People don’t order from this place! Umami in kiti it’s good, but not from the mall!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €45–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the worst fried rice I have ever had in my entire life. I’ve been working as a chef for 15 years, and I’ve never seen anything this bad — not even in the cheapest, lowest-quality places. The texture was completely wrong, more like a mushy porridge or oatmeal than fried rice. Everything was just mixed into a soft, overcooked mess with no proper frying, no texture, no balance. Honestly, it was inedible and very disappointing. I would not recommend it at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a simple katsu ramen after seeing 1 person order ahead of me. After 15 minutes of not receiving my order and seeing others who had ordered after me get theirs, I went to check. It took them another 10 minutes, for a total of 25 minutes to fill a fast food order because they apparently don't care about filling the orders in the order placed. And then it wasn't even good- overly salty broth and noodles that fall apart for €13 Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1
