Definitely in the TOP 3 Pizzas in Gießen. Napolitana Style really well done. Note on the Burgers, they only have chicken patty. But with tasty concept... "paniert" I.e. coated with breadcrumbs. I would had an vollkorn option for the bun. It is too sweet and too soft for me. Great experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best pizza I have had in Germany so far. I will tell everyone I know I know to come here for real Italian pizza Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I picked up pizza on site. The staff was above average friendly. You can recognize a good Neapolitan pizza by the smell when you enter the restaurant. That's the case at The Hub. If you are a pizza gourmet you shouldn't miss this pizza. You can taste every single fresh ingredient. The dough is very digestible due to its long rising time and doesn't sit like a stone in your stomach. The leopard pattern on the edge of the pizza also distinguishes a good Neapolitan pizza. I recommend eating the pizza on site. These pizzas have a fairly high water content in the dough and this causes the water in the box to evaporate. To experience the full flavor explosion, it is best enjoyed hot. I'm glad that there's finally such a good pizza near me I wish the team continued success.
