I have always enjoyed the food at this Subway branch and also frequently go there, but my recent experience was absolutely unacceptable. The server, Alex (don’t know if he the boss or owner) was incredibly rude, arrogant and disrespectful to my three-year-old daughter and her friend. Instead of approaching us calmly, he shouted at them from across the restaurant, embarrassing and distressing them in front of everyone. If he had just approached us and asked us even once I would not be giving this review. This behavior was completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic respect and empathy. It left us and our children deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly hope the management takes immediate action to address this behavior and ensure that no other family has to go through such an ordeal. Basic behaviour of how to approach customers really lacks in him doing what he does. I wish I had responded there better and fought for my children instead of only silencing our own.
