Friendly staff and very large menu selection. We reserved in advance so no wait to be seated and they were flexible to also let us move tables. Food was tasty, didn’t take forever like some other times before however the staff was quite busy to take orders timely. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: €10–20

Unfortunately, it was absolutely the wrong choice for a cozy evening for two. It started with the drinks, which took quite a long time (our table next door only got their drinks after the food came). The food then came and one of them was only very lukewarm. Unfortunately not cool for the price. That's why we complained. It was served again after about 20 minutes or more. The same plate with the same pasta and meat, which was now pretty dry, completely underdone and quite unappetizing. An impudence on the part of the kitchen, but the service staff shouldn't have served something like that either! The second service person to whom we complained about the food was even more competent, immediately said that this was not her standard and offered a quick alternative (sandwich). A drink was on the house as an apology. Unfortunately, we can't say much about the Kaiseschmarrn we ordered at the end because we didn't experience it again. After more than 2 hours we had to leave, with a manageable bill but absolutely unsatisfied and unhappy that we had given away this child-free evening to the Spreegold. The one lady in service was really great, but we still won't be coming back! Unfortunately, the kitchen can't make up for it.
