Just walked 20 minutes to shop here...1. Nothing against music, but that you can't communicate in a normal way and almost have to "yell" so I can just about keep my displeasure to myself, but that you are "ditched" disrespectfully or not at all in a customer-friendly way and on top of that in an obvious way unfriendly, non-verbal service that probably doesn't like doing her job objectively should ask herself whether it wouldn't be better for everyone involved if she gave up this job?! Last but not least people, how stupid do you have to be not to check that cardboard carriers for beer have no place in the fridge!!! I was lucky that I noticed early enough that the carrier ripped... as I said, I was on foot!

I would prefer to give 0 stars. Absolutely unfriendly staff. We should take an example from our colleagues from the partner Shell 500m away. Such rejection of customers is unparalleled. In the evening you have to put up with people staring and smoking in front of the gas station, standing in groups in front of the entrance. Open 24 hours is also a joke. You will not be served between 11:40 p.m. and 12:10 a.m. You will only be notified of this with an approximately 20cm large sign on the window of the night counter. The worst gas station I know. Unfortunately, if you want to refuel in HBS after 10 p.m., you have to rely on it. Disgusting.
