Particularly friendly staff. Unfortunately I couldn't refuel myself due to a broken leg. The employee came to me with a friendly saying and put gas in my car. With a grin he cleaned my windshield. Appropriate tipping was mandatory. Gladly again and again

Never again. On a quiet Tuesday morning we experienced pure incompetence when 2 young men didn't want to or couldn't help with a simple car oil level check and then couldn't help with buying engine oil and coolant. Anyone who can't get something like that at a gas station and only sells cigarettes and baked rolls is probably out of place at a gas station. Worst service ever. Shell personnel training strongly recommended! Sorry.
