Friendly staff And what others write here about the unkemptness of the employees should write specifically what bothers them. Should employees work in suits? Was there today to collect money. The shop was full but only one employee was present. I have a respiratory disease and CHD, so I have a valid medical certificate not requiring me to wear a mask. The employee, Thorsten Neu, did not want to serve me despite presenting the certificate and referred me to the night desk. But you can't collect money there because the pay machine is in the sales room. After 5 minutes of discussion I was finally paid the money. I consider this “treatment” to be discrimination and expect a written apology from the tenant, Mr. Thomas Hetkämper and the employee!

I'm in Brilon every week but I don't fill up there, they're outrageously expensive. I'd rather go to Bad Wünnenberg or Marsberg to fill up.
