The service at this shell is not good. The old lady who work there is very rude. She didn't behaved properly with me. She started yelling on me she is really disrespectful and rude when i was not able to speek in gernam. This is a racism I will never vist shell again.

Hello The staff specifically the old woman she is really aggressive She doesn't want to talk to me because I do not speak German The lady is really resist do not give respect and really rude I will never go again to shell specially in this shell really bad staff
