Not even close to a real 4 stars. I was given a key that did not work upon check-in. Arrived after a long day and went straight to the restaurant. It took about 15 minutes until I got any attention then I was given a menu in German and told no menu available in English. Tried to order food but kitchen was closed before 11pm and no options to eat in walking distance. Cherry on the top is that the rooms do not have air conditioners - the temperature is 38C! Hotels in Europe frequently do not have a/c but this is a self-proclaimed 4 stars with 5 stars cost. Very disappointed. Not staying again. Service: 1

We stayed at Seegarten for 1 night on a work trip in 2024. An amazing experience the accommodation and facilities were on point, but the food was next level exceptional. Every dish was elevated and used seasonal ingredients. Would highly recommend as a destination to stay and can’t wait to return on my next visit. Service: 5
