Your table ordered two drinks and a freshly made, hand-stretched wood-fired pizza, prepared in front of you by our pizza chef. Your bill was settled around 11:00 pm, but the table remained occupied until after 1:00 am without any further orders.As the owner, I politely explained that during major sporting events, we ask tables to be available for customers who are actively dining and drinking. This isn't about forcing customers to buy a drink every hour—it's about being fair to other paying customers waiting for a table and recognising the significant costs of live sports subscriptions, air conditioning and staffing on such a busy evening.Before leaving, you informed me that you intended to leave "the worst review" we had ever received. We respect everyone's right to leave feedback, but we also believe future customers deserve the full picture.We are proud of our freshly prepared food, including our handmade wood-fired pizzas, our service and the atmosphere we create for thousands of guests each year, and we wish you all the best.
