An absolutely outstanding dining experience and easily one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The menu beautifully explores the intersection of French/Japanese cuisine, with a strong focus on fish and seafood. The flavors were exceptional throughout, with remarkable precision and balance. The quality of the ingredients was equally impressive (caviar, oysters, lobster, Wagyu beef,..). A special mention also goes to the champagne, produced by a small grower exclusively for the restaurant. It was excellent and complemented the meal beautifully. The only downside was the service surrounding our second bottle of champagne. Our order was unfortunately forgotten, and after having to remind the team, we ended up waiting around 20 minutes for it to arrive. A relatively minor issue in the context of an otherwise extraordinary evening, but slightly surprising at this level. However and without a doubt, one of the finest meals I have had in my life. Also was soll man sagen… einfach nur woow. Super feines Essen super im Geschmack ein Gedicht. Natürlich hat es auch sein Preis aber wie gesagt himmlisch. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €100+ Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
