It is pretty sad to read your words and to feel the ugly energy!!!We are very aware of your purpose and therefore I will explain something important about people like you!We cannot identify the information according our restaurant and our way of being!Nor can we imagine another iranian restaurant in Heidelberg being as disastrous as you are describing, in case you were mistaking us for another!Your descriptions don't match our restaurant in no way; We don't have tables as you describe; We don't serve food taking longer than 2 minutes and don't bring it usually to the tables; We are a fast food restaurant with my mother working there alone and being friendly to anyone; We are offering lunch for almost 30 years in a very fast serving manner, big portions and resonable prices, we are always friendly and we keep it clean!We don't pour drinks, we have a fridge where you take out your bottle of choice yourself with an opener provided.We don't seat nobody, you choose your place where you want to eat, seating or standing. Again, we are a fast food restaurant with slow food cooked fresh every day for 30 years the same taste that customers like a lot.And there is no staff as you mentioned being all unfriendly; There is only my mother cooking and serving you the food, everything else is self service.Obviously you have never visited us!!!Due to so many negative and obviously false narratives you wrote, I'm pretty sure what you are trying!People should be aware of Google and how they are managing reviews; Sadly it feels to happen out of very bad energy!I must contact Google, too much is too much!If you are one of the Google guys writing, who call us twice a week to delete negative reviews for 25€ each, I can insure you that still we won't ever do this and that we want customers to decide themselves.Customers will know and understand easily if someone is trying to damage someone's business or if there is truth behind it!Maybe we were not friendly to you on the phone because you sisturb us too often asking for 25€ which we are not willing to pay to delete anything!In cases like this customers can read and figure out your ugly intentions, because nothing of what you say is matching! You can do better in life!All the best to you !
