Hello, We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Sometimes it happens that if you arrive in the evening you check in through a key box, as we are not a 24 hour receptionist. However, for the rest of the week there was someone on site every day until 7 p.m. who would have been there for you. We always have a seating arrangement at breakfast so that groups can sit together. If you don't like the place you've been allocated, you can always ask us and we would arrange a new table for you. It's a shame that you didn't like your room, but the rooms are distributed randomly and no attention is paid to whether the gentlemen's room is occupied by a woman or a man. If you want a specific themed room, you can of course note this when booking. There is always the option of changing the room if you don't like it. The housekeeping staff always make sure that everything in the room is refilled, but of course it can happen that something is forgotten, but someone was on site the whole week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and if something was missing, you can report it to reception. We are sorry if you lost your headphones, but you noticed that back home and we couldnt find them here.
