The lady with long blonde hair was so unfriendly to our group. She was giving us a beer that we did not order. Of course we insisted that we not order that. What she did was roll her eyes to us and giving us a cold and unfriendly treatment. We just transferred to other bar because of her. Ps: My friends and i always go out almost every week, we never experience any rude behaviour from waiters in other bars in mainz. Only in nolans. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The blonde waitress was arrogant and insisted on serving the false drink that was ordered. She then smirked and gave a side eye and left never serving us the intended drinks to us. If you don’t have the desire to work, understand that you are in the service industry. Very poor and unfriendly service. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The blonde waitress serving our table came across as quite arrogant and dismissive, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She seemed unhappy and uninterested in serving customers, and the overall attitude affected our experience. We understand that everyone can have a bad day, but friendly and respectful customer service is important. Hopefully, the management will take this feedback seriously and improve the service in the future. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
