Was there at 4 p.m In front of me there was a family of about 6 people. The poor ones tried to order something and were constantly told that it was empty and they should take something else? From the ready counter or a salad? At 4 PM? I mean it wasn't shortly before 8 p.m. That would be understandable, but not feeling like it at 4 p.m.? The same thing was done to me and it has now become standard in Nordsee Neunkirchen. The staff is too lazy and the one woman keeps coming back. And her attitude towards the customers is terrible. You can see how a black sheep can ruin a business's reputation. When you don't feel like working and you let it out on poor people. I felt so sorry for the family, maybe it was something very special for them to go out to eat again and the whole situation was ruined by staff like that. I can defend myself, but not everyone can and such personnel and behavior should not be tolerated. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
