Afghan cuisine is a must-taste one at this cafe. The success of ManTu wouldn't be possible without the appealing staff. Prompt service is something that guests note in their comments. You will like average prices. This place is associated with the cozy atmosphere. As for the Google rating, this spot achieved 5.

For those who don’t know Afghan kitchen: this is the most delicious food you can imagine. Subtle, but intense flavours, aromatic but not hot. Where the Indian kitchen uses the seeds for strong taste, the Afghan uses herbs (coriander, dill) for subtle flavours. The menu offers chicken and beef dishes, but there is a lot of vegetarian too (and if you want, the yoghurt can be left out and it is made vegan). Mantu, which is the name of a dish of dumplings (recommended!), also means ‘me and you’, which refers to the mother and daughter who run the place, women only. So, do yourself a favour and go try something new! NB: cash only, but the atm is across the street. A lovely little Afghan gem in Neukölln! Family-run, authentic and full of heart. Everything is freshly prepared and homemade, with traditional Afghan dishes made with real care and served personally by the owner. Great quality, warm atmosphere and simply a perfect fit for Neukölln. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
