Where to start describing this magnificent restaurant? The staff are simply incredible and attentive. The food was divine to say the least. We ordered the grilled halloumi salad as a starter. I had the Japanese Wagyu Ribeye with a side of mashed potatoes and my date had the linguine as mains. We were both starstruck by how tasty and well cooked the food was. We have beeb there several times now and my date ALWAYS orders the linguine. The atmosphere was dimmed lights and very suitable for a dinner date. Any praise received for MARBRE is well deserved. Will be my go to restaurant for any important dinner celebrations. It is pricey but every single euro is worth it. We were expecting the place to be an exceptional steakhouse restaurant as it is located at the ground floor of a 5star hotel. The interior is not as luxurious, the atmosphere was cold, and it did not have a very welcoming vibe. The kitchen door was open, so all of the guests could hear the talking of the staff and all the noise from kitchen. They did not have heating but they placed old fashioned heaters. This made the whole experience old-fashioned and outdated. They really need to upgrade. Also the service could have been better, more friendly and more approachable. The food though was excellent. The burrata salad, the steaks and the mashed potatoes were cooked perfectly. Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
