Frühstück und Abendessen sehr umfangreich und lecker, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, insbesondere die Heike hat uns sehr verwöhnt, Danke nochmal dafür, wir waren hier bestens aufgehoben! Completely overpriced and disorganized! As part of our three-day stay at the Maritim, we had the dubious pleasure of having breakfast at Luv und Lee and also tried it out for dinner on the first evening. In the morning there are long queues to get in (sometimes through the entire lobby to the door to the wellness area). This is “justified” by the individual escorting of the guests to the place. Corona. That's why there is currently no buffet (beginning of August 2020), but rather table delivery after you have previously ticked what you would like to eat. In short: the selection is very limited and it's cheeky that you suddenly have to pay extra for cereal or scrambled eggs. This was of course included in the buffet! And in my opinion the queues don't exist "because of... Corona”, but because you save on staff (or money?): every time many tables were still free, but the guests were waiting outside! So it's not because of the Corona excuse, but because of the processes and the staff. In the evening the same picture (queue up to the middle of the lobby), although many tables were free. The prices are high and the quality is unfortunately at canteen level. E.g. two loveless matjes, a little “industrial remoulade” and a few chunks of lukewarm fried potatoes for €14.90? It's better to take a quick trip to Rheinsberg and get more quality for less money!
