We rode our bikes along the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path and stayed there for one night and took advantage of the barbecue facilities beforehand. The rooms are great, well furnished and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The barbecue arrangement is really recommended. Special types of meat and sausages and these are also specially prepared. Thanks to the antipaste starters as well as various salads and the "small" but delicious types of meat, it is not meat-heavy at all. The breakfast is also great and nothing is missing. For cyclists, the route from the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path to the hotel is somewhat difficult. Especially if, like us, you drive exclusively with muscle power. It's only 1 km, but the elevation gain is quite impressive. But it is worthwhile in any case. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious, great bathrooms and everything is very clean. Food & drinks: Food is very good. We can only speak about the grill arrangement and the excellent breakfast Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
