Checked in and left within 20 minutes. The first hint of how bad this place is was the stunningly dirty bathroom just upstairs from the lobby. The bed was absolutely awful. No possible way you could get any rest here. This hotel is the equivalent of a gross youth hostel. The room was old and really rundown. The furniture was worn and chipped. The “king bed” was 2 twin mattresses made individually and pushed together. The room was so small it was difficult to walk in. We found a brand new hotel on the other side of Vienna near the Danube Canal. Same price and immaculately clean. No way i’d ever spend a night at Kugel. Service: 2

Warm welcome and good for 2 days. We got place for our bikes inside so definitely a plus! Good service in the restaurant and ideal to end the day after some beautiful motorcycles trips. Rooms are basic but fine. Breakfast could be better by providing some variety and maybe adding some extra fruits/vegetables. Service: 4
