Unfortunately the food wasn't exactly warm. Of course I could complain, but I haven't. Unfortunately, the ordering tablet wasn't working either (the paper was empty), which I unfortunately didn't notice immediately as a customer without IT training. Sorry about that again. Unfortunately, this meant that the order (cash payer) was sent twice. Of course I reported it immediately and didn't just ignore it. But that apparently wasn't enough for the employee. I should have noticed it straight away. Statement from the seller: “Next time, come straight away!” He then added the roll of paper. Sorry again on this way! Won't happen again. I learned from that and ordered a roll of thermal paper from Amazon so that I'm prepared for the next visit to Burger King, oh sorry, I mean Kentucky Fried Chicken of course. Food: was cold Service: didn't show me how to change roles. Ambience: it was like being at a fish market, every order number was called out loudly. Sorry, but not every customer is as stupid as me.
