We actually went to Katana for ramen. Unfortunately, when we ordered we were told that there would be no more ramen today or in the future. Unfortunately, the appetizer I wanted wasn't there either. I then ordered soup and fried noodles with shrimp. The soup was very oversalted and the noodles were so overcooked that they dissolved just by looking at them. Taste below average. My main course was delivered about 10 minutes before my companion's dish, so I either eat alone or cold. When asked, it was quickly delivered. The atmosphere is already very old. There are a lot of things lying around in the checkout area and it seems very untidy. You used to be able to eat very well at Katana, but it has become extremely poor. I'm giving it another (generous) two stars in the hope that the problems will be resolved soon. It's really a shame to let a store with so much potential fall into such disrepair.
