Die Erreichbarkeit der Klinik zentrale ist sehr schlecht zu erreichen bei dringenden Rückfragen 75 Minuten klingeln lassen leider immer noch nicht erreicht mehrere Male versucht Klinik ist nicht zu erreichen

Poorly implemented hygiene concept! I understand that something like this is time-consuming, but it's about protecting the health of all of us! Since visits to the rooms are not permitted due to COVID-19, the dining room has been converted into a visitor room. It's not particularly pleasant and it's very loud; conversations are hardly possible. There are probably no other options, you have to accept that. What struck me as very negative, however, are the following three points: 1. The reception is very crowded every hour on the hour because of the change in visitors. What is missing are distance markings on the floor and ideally a one-way system for entry and exit. Hardly any visitors keep their distance, and unfortunately the staff here isn't a good role model either. 2. During the time I was there, the visitor room wasn't even ventilated! The windows were neither open nor was there any airing at the end of the visiting hours. I stood outside this room twice for ten minutes and was inside for 50 minutes. During this time one could and should have ventilated the room! Or just leave the windows open. 3. The tables are disinfected after each visit. Unfortunately, in practice it looked like this: an employee used a cloth to wipe down several double tables in a row. I would have expected that every table would be sprayed with disinfectant and wiped down after the appropriate exposure time. No, wiping with a damp cloth seems to mean disinfecting here. I also didn't see a bucket in which the rag was washed out. I'm sorry, but hygiene should look different in a clinic!!

I did a three-week rehab in this clinic from June 29th to July 20th. I would like to thank the therapists and the individual therapist Ms. Wolf very much for getting me so fit again in such a short time! Without Corona, the stay would certainly have been more pleasant for all patients! I can recommend this clinic.
