Unfortunately, Hanoi Express has slowed down a bit. The noodles and tofu taste like they were made in a smoke-filled kitchen (probably not a clean grill). The vegetables definitely come from the frozen or canned. The rice was great. Even if not the crowning achievement. Unfortunately the sauce was very weakly seasoned. The duck is crispy and fatty. The soup wasn't even included. However, after a phone call. The wantan soup is well seasoned, but the wantan is more than softened. The sushi fell apart and wasn't rolled cleanly. Otherwise everything is ok.
