I went here about 5 years ago with some friends and the service was horrible. Another friend suggested going here the other night for dinner. I said ok, thinking service has changed. Nope. I was wrong. I even set a timer on my phone just to see how long it would take for everything. So after about 20 minutes, the only waiter took our drink orders. After we were finally served, he took out food orders. Only after 45 minutes, did our appetizers arrive. It was already past 9:45 pm then. Our reservation was for 8pm.... After an hour of the waiter taking out orders, we got our main dish. We realized we had to receive our food at 10 because that is the time the kitchen closes. I suggest if you really want to eat here, order on Foodora and tell them to bring it to your table. You will be served faster as Foodora delivers within 45 minutes. This restaurant focuses more on Foodora delivery than it's in house customers. I do not suggest coming here, ever. Plus, the beer from Tap was old as you could see residue in the glass. This restaurant receives two thumbs down. The name even indicates it's reputation. Ha Long will it take to get my food?
