We love animals very much, but unfortunately it is sometimes difficult to immediately notice “damage” and eliminate it in a timely manner if the owner or we ourselves are not aware of it. However, we would like to clarify a few points: When the problem under the table was reported to us, our service representative responded immediately and thoroughly cleaned the affected area, in addition to apologizing. We were also happy to offer you a drink of your choice and when you asked for the bill we asked if you would like another round of drinks, which you politely declined. As your meal was already fully served and consumed, we felt it would be unreasonable to cancel the bill.
