I recently went to Pizzeria da Franco in Butzbach with my family and friends, including a toddler. Unfortunately our experience was extremely negative. We ordered three pizzas and spaghetti carbonara. The pizzas were average, but the spaghetti was simply inedible. They smelled bad and tasted so bad that none of us could eat a bite. When we tried to talk to the waiter about the problem, we were met with an unprofessional and even aggressive response. The waiter showed no patience and refused to resolve the situation. Instead he insulted and threatened us, which made the entire situation very unpleasant and threatening. Conclusion: I am shocked at the poor customer service and substandard food quality at Pizzeria da Franco. This restaurant is absolutely not recommended and should be avoided at all costs. Recommendation: There are much better pizzerias in Butzbach. Look for alternatives to have a pleasant and satisfying experience.
