An exceptional dining experience at CUBE Restaurant in Stuttgart! Jacintha, our server, was absolutely amazing. She knew the menu inside and out, offered excellent guidance, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire evening. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly accommodating—exactly the kind of service that elevates a great meal into a memorable experience. The food was simply out of this world. I started with the Eggplant, served with white bean, chimichurri, and hazelnut. WOW! It was an extraordinary explosion of flavors—creative, beautifully balanced, and completely unexpected. For my main course, I had the Yellowfin Tuna with dashi risotto, oyster mushroom, and sugar snap peas. The tuna was exceptionally prepared and perfectly seared, while the risotto was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. To finish, we had The Chocolate Cube with Ivoire chocolate, raspberry, and yuzu. This dessert is a MUST-HAVE! It was as spectacular to eat as it was beautiful to look at. Between the remarkable food, sophisticated atmosphere, and Jacintha’s outstanding hospitality, CUBE delivered an unforgettable evening. Highly recommended!
