I've actually wanted to rate the Seeperle positively for a long time because it's just a really nice location and the breakfast buffet is also really great. The last two times we were really disappointed and by the staff! Sure, the prices are a bit high, but I'm happy to pay more if everything else is right. During our lunchtime walk last week we wanted to have a leisurely ice cream there... instead we sat outside for a really long time without a menu and the shop felt deserted... I had to pick up the menus myself and then place the order myself like in a canteen! gave up because the waitress preferred to chatter at the counter instead of taking the order. I found that very inattentive... So at such a price range you can really expect better service. It was similar this morning too. My girlfriend and I wanted to have a leisurely cappuccino, and after being ignored for ages, we wanted to get up and leave...then a waitress came to the table and, completely confused, asked us if we finally knew what we wanted. .. um hello?! We had put the menus back a long time ago... A trained waitress can see something like that straight away. You can only shake your head at that. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
