Ich muß es einfach schreiben. Filterkaffee, echter sehr zu empfehlen. Kuchen mit echter Sahne aus dem Sahnomat . Einfach super. Weiter so. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20

Beste Torten, leckerer Latte etc. Schönes Ambiente, aussen sitzen in schöner Umgebung. Super Softeis. Sehr freundlich... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10

The worst customer service I have ever experienced—hands down! Even though we communicated in German, the attitude of the owners, especially the woman, was shocking. I just moved to the city, and I can only hope that the owner of Café Leber - bei Betty und Klaus found some sort of satisfaction in her attempt to ruin my Sunday with her rude and condescending behavior. While having coffee, I charged my phone. She saw this but didn’t say a word at the time. There was no sign at the door about payment methods. When it was time to pay, she suddenly, and angrily, announced that card payments weren’t possible. We didn’t have cash and politely asked where the nearest ATM was, but she completely ignored the question. She then consulted the indifferent male owner and rudely stated that there would be an extra charge. We calmly responded in German that this was absolutely fine for us. We were already at the door, ready to leave, when the woman followed us and angrily asked if the phone charging at the table had been ours. We politely replied in German that yes, it was ours, but not to worry—it was already in our pocket. At this point, she continued in her rude manner, loudly enough for other customers to hear, threatening that we had better ask for permission next time!! This was the first and will absolutely be the last time I visit this café. From now on, I’ll take my group’s business—and money—to the neighboring cafés, where the atmosphere and customer service are far superior.
