Wir haben uns lange auf diesen Abend gefreut und es hat sich gelohnt. Wir hatten 11 fantastische Gänge. Vielen Dank, wir kommen definitiv wieder. I celebrated my birthday dinner at Bees Restaurant, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome — the atmosphere was relaxed, down-to-earth, and effortlessly warm, creating the perfect setting for a special evening. I chose the full 8-course tasting menu, and not a single dish disappointed. Each course showcased outstanding quality and creativity, with contemporary flavour combinations that felt thoughtful and beautifully balanced rather than overly complicated. The lobster was absolutely amazing, perfectly prepared and full of flavour, and the beef was easily some of the best I have had anywhere in Germany — cooked to perfection and truly memorable. The wine selection complemented the menu wonderfully, and the staff guided us with confidence and genuine enthusiasm, which added greatly to the overall experience. What made the evening even more special was the care shown toward my son’s gluten allergy. The team handled this seamlessly and thoughtfully, with a meal that almost had my son licking the plate clean! Overall, this was a heartwarming dining experience that combined excellent food, attentive service, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.
