[Edited for added issues we found]. This used to be a nice hotel, but since Maseven took over, every aspect of the experience of staying here has become unpleasant. - The rooms lack several amenities (blankets. Bath robe, slippers, etc.) they used to have and everything has wear and tear. - Washing machines used to cost €2, now it is €5 for a single use - The breakfast used to be a really great buffet with a variety of choices. This has been gutted to a more bare bones breakfast - Found a stranger's underwear in the closet in the room - Some of the furniture has the pointy tips of screws protruding from the wood (potential cause for injury) - cable management of TV is atrocious Overall, it feels like the new management is trying to maximize profits at a very noticable cost to the customer experience. Would not recommend.

The hotel room was clean, and we stayed in what was essentially a suite. The only thing we missed was a stovetop, as the room had a separate kitchenette where it would have been nice to prepare our own meals. Unfortunately, the breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced during our travels. We would not recommend paying for it. Instead, we suggest buying some breakfast items from a local supermarket. For international visitors, it’s worth knowing that the hotel is somewhat isolated. While Uber is available and the train connections are good, relying solely on Uber can become quite expensive. The hotel service is very slow. At times, we had to wait at the reception desk for several dozen minutes before a staff member appeared. That said, the staff were genuinely friendly and deserve special recognition for their kindness. However, our luggage was left behind during our connecting flight and was delivered to the hotel later. Unfortunately, the hotel staff never informed us that our suitcases had arrived. As a result, we spent a day and a half without our luggage, even though it had already been sitting at the hotel reception. Because neither the airport, the airline, nor the hotel informed us, we made an unnecessary €50 round trip to the airport to collect luggage that was already waiting for us at the hotel. Service: 3

The apartments are spacious, clean and comfortable and reasonably equipped. The location is convenient for travel between Messe and City, but there isn't much to do in the immediate vicinity. Service: 5
