Pad Thai literally means fried in Thai style noodles. In a plate with patch, the whole harmony of Thai cuisine is concluded - a balanced combination of four main flavours: sour (vinegar, lime), spicy (chilli), sweet (sugar) and salted (salt, soy or fish sauce).
